What is Home Bodhi Yoga?
Home Bodhi Yoga features virtual + ATX-based yoga therapy sessions to bring you back to the present, centered, awareness that already exists within you. Yoga and Ayurveda are powerful ancient tools to cultivate strength and flexibility in both body and mind.
The practices and techniques given in each session honor all eight limbs of yoga while increasing your body's functional, unique movement. The goal is for the student to find equanimity between mind, body, and spirit. I hope that everyone can take what they learn with me through the wisdom of yoga and embody it in the world.

Who am I?
Hi! I’m Jordan Medina. I’m the creator of Home Bodhi Yoga and the mother of two tiny people living in Austin, TX. I am a Yoga Therapy Intern, Yoga Alliance registered 1000-hour yoga and 95-hour kid’s yoga teacher. I’m in my final clinical hours pursuing becoming an IAYT-accredited yoga therapist with Practice Yoga Austin School of Yoga Therapy. Yoga has profoundly transformed my life by giving me the tools to practice equanimity in my mind, body, and spirit. My wish is to share with you this ancient transformative toolkit and help you apply it to your modern life.
